Historical Dosage:            - 10 to 40 drops 3 times per day,
internal & external use.

Application:

•        emotional stress, especially GRIEVING
•        emotional shock, may help to use Arnica externally on
back of neck and over heart at the same time.
•        When you have lost a loved one and you feel the “black
