Herbal, Nutritional Supplements
Take the following herbs at night before bed:
- Cascara Sagrada – 10-40 drops
- BR – 10-40drops
- PARA-L – 20-60 drops
- EUROPEAN BITTERS – 10-40 drops
- Psyllium Hull capsules – 2-4 capsules
Drink two 8-ounce glasses of water with Psyllium Hull as most
problems with fiber is due to lack of water.
Each morning take the following:
- 1 acidophilus capsule
- 40 drops MN-2-L
Increase the MN-2-L to 40 drops 2 times per day if headache or
leg cramps occur.
Do this program for 2 weeks, then let your body rest for 10 days.
Then repeat for 1 week.
Note: - You may need to increase or decrease the amounts
depending on your system. You want a good bowel elimination each
morning with little or no cramping and no diarrhea. 2 bowel
eliminations per day is ideal.
