| RUBBER BALL EXERCISES {Colon Massage} |
| This is simple exercise to gently massage the colon. Use a tennis ball or a soft rubber ball about the size of your fist, or use your fist itself. Start at lower right side of the abdomen, just inside the pelvic bone. Gently massage in clockwise motion as you move the rubber ball or your fist up the right side, just to the right of the navel. Gently work across the navel area, then go down on the left, passing just inside the pelvic bone. You can do this massage 2 or 3 times per day. It is especially helpful to do the rubber ball exercise while on the slant board or when applying the castor oil pack. This helps loosen any old encrustations in the colon area.
